Meet Hayley
Over the last 18 years I have worked with children and families.
As a teacher I was so reactive, I shouted, used rewards and punishments and felt guilty and frustrated a lot of the time. Through training and working as a psychotherapist, I found a new way of understanding and responding to children that felt so much better to me and made a huge difference to them.
When it comes to going from reactive to responsive to behaviour, there are some key things that will make the difference to you! I am so excited for you to try them and feel empowered!
